Chain knocker with carbide drill head 40mm and spikes, 22mm T-Nut

This chain knocker is a special design for milling work in pipes. The large, mounted 40mm drill head is equipped with extremely hard carbide. It drills into heavy incrustations and deposits such as concrete, urine stone, lime, crystallized industrial residues, mortar and other very hard pipe blockages. The chain spinner cuts a specific channel through the blockage. The chains behind the drill head then work downstream by removing the incrustations and deposits from the pipe wall. The chain links, which are also equipped with carbide, achieve maximum cleaning results. The surfaces of the pipes can be roughened for renovation purposes.

The length of the chains is adapted to different pipe diameters to ensure optimum cleaning without damaging the pipes. To further increase efficiency, another chain knocker with double coupling can be coupled behind this tool. This has the advantage that the weight of the tool is also increased.

The chain centrifuge has a 40mm diameter carbide tip and a 22mm T-Nut coupling for connection to drain cables from ROWO, rak, ROTHENBERGER, REMS, RIDGID, E&R and other premium manufacturers. All models have 3 chains with carbide spikes. The chains have different lengths for pipe diameters of 100mm and 150mm. The diameter of the chain links is 4mm.
