Product information "Carbide miller tool with 16mm T-Nut (5/8")"
Tungsten carbide drill heads from rak - for the most difficult applications in drain cleaning!
The carbide miller from rak has been specially developed for the hardest pipe blockages caused by incrustations, concrete deposits, stones, lime deposits and industrial residues such as crystals. The crown has numerous small hard metal pieces which are applied embedded in a metal alloy. This type of surface is not only very hard, but also very stable and abrasion resistant. At the same time, the tool is resistant to breakage and impact. Thus, even the hardest blockages in the class of stone and concrete can be drilled out and removed. In particular, the tool is also suitable for the removal of crystalline residues that can arise in industrial manufacturing processes due to the flow of chemical liquids in pipe networks. Depending on hardness and condition, the carbide tool can of course also reach its limits. However, you will hardly find a harder drain cable tool than the carbide drill heads from rak.
The tungsten carbide tool with the 16mm T-Nut should only be used with reinforced 16mm professional pipe cleaning spirals with a red core, as these have the necessary stability to transmit power from the drain cleaning machine.
