The drain cleaning cable Standard with core (SMK) from rak with 32mm diameter is an absolute professional drain cable, which is produced from hardened spring steel wire. Its plastic core ensures that the inside of the drain cable cannot become clogged with foreign bodies such as branches, paper, textiles etc. With 32mm it is suitable for large pipe diameter. The particularly abrasion-resistant surface of rak offers an extraordinary durability for numerous applications - and is therefore preferably used for sewer cleaning. But it also provides optimal results in drain cleaning.

The drain cleaning cable in standard design with core has less flexibility than the version without core due to its core. At the same time, the core provides a high degree of stability. This makes it particularly suitable for use over longer distances with no or only a few bends. It is usually used with simple tools such as the straight auger, bulb auger, funnel auger, blade auger etc. In combination with a drain cleaning machine you can easily remove light blockages caused by paper, pulp, grease etc. With the yellow-galvanized T-Nut coupling, the pin can be easily changed with a little manual skill. Corresponding repair kits are available.

The ASF-coupling of the rak drain cables has the great advantage over the usual T-Nut couplings from ROTHENBERGER or ROWO that the pin and spring of the male coupling can be changed. The drain cable can thus be repaired if the spring breaks or the pin is rusted without having to change the coupling. To do this, knock the laterally visible sleeve out of the coupling. The spring and pin can then be replaced. Appropriate assembly and repair kits are available from us.

The rak drain cleaning cable with core is also for use in ROWO, ROTHENBERGER, REMS, RIDGID, RIS and Rioned Victor machines with corresponding diameters.
